Sugar Water Drawings: 

Mix 3 Tbl. sugar and lukewarm water in a baby food
jar.  Shake until sugar dissolves.  pour sugar water into bowls.  Have
child dip colored chalk into water adn draw pic.  When dry the pictures with sparkle with crystallized sugar.


Scratch and Sniff Paint -

Mix jello using equal amount of water. 
Use as paint using a paint brush.  When dry scratch and sniff.
